15. What to reward and what to abandon.

Most people thing that in family as well as in human resources management and society, rewarding the good and punishing the bad, is all that it is required to have things  working.
But there are situations that it is not so. Taming and teaching wild killer-whales to dance and jump above the water, is done faster and better (probably it is the only way to do it) if the desired behaviour (good) is rewarded while the undesired behavior (bad) is ignored and not punished.
I assume this is really the best way, when the trainer has surplus of power over the educated.
Nevertheless it is reported that it is the same with the modern families and enterprises.
