Successful people confirm that the virtue of persistence is by far a more significant success factor than intelligence, or formal qualifications, or acquaintances. Persistence is based on undying desire for the goal and courage. And courage shows self-esteem and self-discipline.
Persistence may create skills, intelligence, knowledge , experience, relations and wisdom. The reason is that any difficulty or failure met during the road to a goal can become an opportunity to learn, and get more experience, better skills and wisdom towards the final goal. Better be better than bitter.
So there is the seed and opportunity for an equal or even greater success compared to the difficulty or failure. We may lose a battle but not the war.
